Ported Knghtbrd change in COM_AddGameDirectory to NQ and QWSV. Updated nq.dsp: Win32
NQ uses sys.c instead of sys_win.c (sys_*.c should now die quietly). Also, my Win32
editor removed a few trailing whitespaces :)
