Let me get this right...you tried to install the SAME binary i.e. the .exe driver in RHEL? If that is the case, I strongly recommend you read-up on the differences between Windows and Linux.
AFIK you don not need to install ethernet dirvers in RHEL. Ethernet should work right after installation. If you need more direct and hands-on help, call me. I'll e-mail you my phone no.
