Hi all, If any of you have solved this problem, please help me out. I use Evolution 2.2.2 on FC4, for my office mail.
As this version of evolution uses mbox (or mbx) format, all the mails in a folder are stored on a single file and deleting mails is taking too long. When I delete a mail from a folder which has about 3000 mails and then close the app, it takes about 30 seconds or so to save/update the folder and exit. I would like to archive older mail but Evolution does not provide archiving functionality. Any ideas other than manually splitting the files? Thanks, Siddhartha
