Saifi, many thanks for your prompt advice. I will go in for a powersupply and check out the system here. This will enable me to see whether all components work or I need to get replacements. Only DVD writer is what I am worried out. They do fail and if I have problem after coming there I wont be able to get replacement. I may be better off if I buy it (Sony) there. I also saw your advice regarding a 32 bit vs 64 bit AMD today. As my applications currently are all 32 bit, and 64 bit is only for future safeguard what model AMD or Pentium I need to consider?
Many thanks once again. mohan On 8/31/07, Saifi Khan <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > > On Thu, 30 Aug 2007, V.C.Mohan wrote: > > > From: V.C.Mohan <[EMAIL PROTECTED] <mohanvc%40gmail.com>> > > > > Best wishes.
