Hi Raghu:

One aspect of user experience is seamless setup on standard hardware.

Installation in 180 seconds or less is one of the goals.

The objective is to build some real innovation in terms of
 - system tools and libraries
 - application management
 - empowering connections
 - licensing

Customers really like when a "sincere" attempt is made 
to address their expressed and unexpressed requirements.

This is also the segment where there is least competition ;-)
