Hai Sai, You can go for what you mentioned AMD Turion 64*2 Dual core Processor, while other configuration :
for RAM I will suggest more than two GB with DDR 2 667 Mhz or 800 Mhz , because now you will get windows vista which is recommended with 2 GB. Hard disk 160GB is enough. The mother board you check which is supported for these . Also check for upgradeable options. I hope this will help you to take your own decision. Further you can feel free to ask.
