You are right. The website does contain some malicious script.

I tried accessing the website on windows using IE and it did download
a script called index.cgi which crashes all applications. Also reboot does NOT 
solve the problem.

Intel folks are looking into the issue.

You can access it using a linux machine and from home (where no software is 
running to check for malicious scripts :-( ) and it should work. 

To be on the safe side I'd suggest waiting for the notification that the issue 
has been fixed.
