Thanks. I have checked memory for over 4 passes. its fine. I have no problem
with XP. UBUNTU checks the hdd during boot. It has not reported any error.
So the hdd and mother board is fine. I see in UBUNTU, Fedora and OpenSuse
fora similar problems are being voiced by many. I beleive Linksys and Asus
are good hardware manufacturers. Graphics are integrated and I do not have a
separate card. It appears that the Linux kernel has this problem with ( its
RT61 equivalent) driver even if NDIswrap is done. Since this problem is not
only with Linksys but also Netgear and many other brand cards.

Ofcourse I am forced to continue use of windows xp under the circumstances.
However I will not lose hope.

The reason I posted this is if any had similar problems and solved. Also the
Linux user community may put pressure on Linux Kernel developers to develop
a Kernel which addresses this problem.

Now I installed openSUSE 11.0 with KDE 4.0. It appears good. But I find that
it is using only 800x600 pixels of my 17" monitors 1280X1024.. Everything is
so small scale that I hardly can make out the names etc. I need to connect
my wireless internet. I do not find even the terminal or how to access it.
First priority to increase screen size. In openSUSE fora I also find this
problem. Some one suggested sax2 but how? Edit xorg.config again how? I do
not find a file search location.
