I discovered that my NEC Multisync LCD 1700nx monitor has an automatic enlarging (expansion) facility. Using that I could make out whats on the screen. I have reset my screen resolution in the openSUSE . Its strange that UBUNTU and Fedora had in their data bases my monitor specs while SUSE does not list this. Now I find I need to download firmware for my wireless adapter card and install. This is also strange since the other two distros have that already. Now I find I am making some progress. All my four os es I can access.Is it normal for Fedora to down load huge amount immediately after installation ?
