[twincling] Updating and installing packages of client systems

HI All,

Can anyone tell me how to Update and install packages of client systems from 
the local server. There are about 60 ubuntu systems with a ubuntu server. 
Instead of updating packages from the internet for each system, I decided to 
cache locally from the server. Can anyone help me with this
