I got this in the google search http://www.scribd.com/doc/4753331/Creating-Local-Repository-In-Ubuntu It shows scenario for local hard disk but you will need it on a server. Place the final directory in the http server (/srv/www/htdocs) and add the software source in the other systems relatively. It should work fine. (Don't have Ubuntu to test it) Thanks & regards ST
