[twincling] BackTract 3 "some thing went wrong it should never happen"

Hi

This is the message I get as soon as I boot my BACKTRACK Linux live cd.Please 
help me out.The message is"something went wrong some where ,it should never 
happen" and then it asks me to reboot.
