Since I have not been in India for the past 6 months I do not know about this model. There was a model that was launched just before I left and that too only had WinXP. I asked for Linux editions as I'd read about the Linux editions available in the European markets and the sales guys told me there is no demand for the Linux based netbooks and so they won't be selling it.
