In no sensible Operating System, you will see this weird requirement ! All decent and polished OS, will expect that BIOS setting is enabled for SATA since it is a SATA disk that you got. Please keep the first partition for Windows, and in the next two partitions allocate for . swap . opensuse and get going with the base system. thanks Saifi.
