As Kevin says, one swivel per tablet is used. Every 80 or so turns, loosen
the tension, and use the swivels to untwist any twist buildup.

Fishing swivels are one per card. The twist that builds up in the
warp can be relieved by reducing tension slightly so that the swivel
loosens enough to turn.
