How do I use bootstrap?

Hi I was looking around and trying out some frameworks and thought I might use 
this. The only problem is I'm having trouble trying to figure out how to use 
it. Is there any guide that shows how to use it and more preferably in a 
Wordpress theme? Thanks in advance for any help
