That's a little harsh. It is not always a wise thing to assume you know
about someone's skill level! ;-)
I was a little critical about Bootstrap to begin with because it was yet
another thing I had to learn and there were things I didn't understand
about it. I'm so glad I took the time to look into it as Bootstrap is
awesome. I am sure we've all been there!

Maybe you need to learn more about HTML and CSS before you criticize
the work of other people. The tags and names make perfect sense - it's
just you do not understand them.
