Joomla 3.0 will include Bootstrap in core so it'll fully support Bootstrap in a few months (Joomla 3.0 is planned for September or so). For now, Kyle Ledbetter (https://twitter.com/#!/kyleledbetter) is preparing the new admin template using Bootstrap and the community is discussing this in the Joomla! UX Forum at http://ux.joomla.org
