Even with the permission it is bad. Automatic posting to promote an app are the surest way to go viral - and as resulting action to make users unfollow. Unless you provide a benefit for me the reader, this *is* blatant advertisement. Same goes for advertisement via DM, I have set up filters to automatically delete those DM without seeing them.
