If I understand correctly, in order to send a direct message to another user, we must be "mutual followers"; he must be following me and I must be following him.
Now, I could call friends/ids and then followers/ids and use the intersection of those two calls. That seems like an awful lot of data to pull down to get to a much smaller subset. Is there a more direct way, perhaps a method call I have overlooked?
