Like Jelle De Laender above, I also have not experienced the problems everyone else is having (and I feel a little bad about it).
I can do everything via the web interface using FF 3.5.2 on Vista, and the twhirl app I use as primary desktop client also performs all its functions normally. note: I am connecting from Washington state, USA. I am keeping an eye on this list and the service itself, and sympathizing with you all while feeling fortunate not to have the same issues. - Julie
