Shockingly enough, to the best of my ability to discern, this person is not violating any of Twitter's rules or terms of service. I rather like that. Freedom of speech is a principle that means nothing whatsoever unless you apply it to nasty, indefensible statements like these. You can't make any excuses for this sort of speech - it's just plain horrid. So the only reason you would EVER let someone say these things is that you really, honestly, truly believe in freedom of speech. So three cheers for Twitter. Way to take a stand.
