Five percent is more than enough! I've seen the "sample" stream (Five
percent) peak over 90,000 tweets in a single hour.

The bad news is that *your* client is one of over *six* thousand! To get
into the Top Ten, or even on the front page of

is going to require an intensive marketing effort.
