Hi, I am create an application which is in two parts: the web application and the running service. What I would like to do is allow my service to read a users tweet after a user uses the web application to allow my service to do this. So, is it against TOS to save an access token for my service to access the user's data while they are offline (the user will be aware that this will be happening). Thanks.
