Hi, We don't disclose the reason for accounts being suspended to 3rd parties so there isn't a way to get that information if you don't own the account. If you do own the account you can email from the email address we have on record for it asking for the reason.
The reason for accounts being suspended isn't limited to content so you shouldn't guess a reason based on the data available to you. Instead know that accounts can be suspended if they don't follow the Twitter rules: http://help.twitter.com/entries/18311 I'll follow up with some other team members about what you should be doing with suspended account data and get back to you.
