[twitter-dev] Twitter streaming api

I'm using the Twitter Streaming api (Ror & TwitterStream) , and I'm
setting the client to follow a set of user accounts (using the account
IDs).
But it seems like I'm getting tweets from accounts I don't follow .
Did anyone ever encounter this before ?
