This is because the printer does just poweroff. "Disconnecting a TCP
session" means that the disconnecting side will send a packet to the
other end to say so. If the printer just powers off then the client
program does not know it. That is wy you dont get a OnSessionClosed.

Same happens if you reboot a machine with a running server on it, or
pull out the network cable with a active TCP session.
