Make sure to configure your browser to check for new page at each request ! If you pass thru a proxy, make sure the proxy isn't configured to cache the pages. Manually do a refresh (F5 in IE) of the page may solve the issue if it is the browser which cache the pages. Some ISP have caching proxies to limit bandwidth use.
