I just tested this using telnet, and just typing HEAD (even if the request is invalid) will cause the transaction to fail in a weird way. My guess is that the problem is at the gateway (perhaps a proxy configuration issue?), or maybe the HTTP server itself.

Any ideas? I can reproduce the issue, even with command line telnet. IMO it is a bug of that website. login.ews probably correspond to a script which crashes with the head command. -- [EMAIL PROTECTED] The author of the freeware multi-tier middleware MidWare The author of the freeware Internet Component Suite (ICS) http://www.overbyte.be -- To unsubscribe or change your settings for TWSocket mailing list please goto http://lists.elists.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/twsocket Visit our website at http://www.overbyte.be -- To unsubscribe or change your settings for TWSocket mailing list please goto http://lists.elists.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/twsocket Visit our website at http://www.overbyte.be
