So how fast are the LAN ports on your PC and server? Or are you simply testing both on the same PC and ignoring a LAN completely, which is hardly a real life user test. And if you are able to read and write files at 650 Mbytes/sec, that's faster than any disk I've seen. Any stress testing that does not read or write files is fantasy.
