I'm pretty sure it is. Try the the demos including SSL/TLS they do work.

At first read this:

the problem, from wrong declarations of the functions to wrong record
field alignment.

Note: The 64-bit compiler is actually quite usable, however the
64-bit debugger is still very buggy.
