If you can't provide it from your company website, there are plenty of public file sharing services available you can use. Just post the link here in the mailing list.
Meanwhile, try to convince François to put this project on Google code, GitHub or alikes. :-) Or at least run a forum from the Overbyte website. There are forum software's with the possibility to post and receive notification by email, so the mailing list main functionality would be preserved.
