The subject line says it all. I am used to list items having many paragraphs if they want and mentioned this problem earlier. Unfortunately, I then framed the problem in terms of html output and the solution given, which was to terminate the list with an empty item, seemed to work. I now see that my problem remains. Consider the following:
------------- : Term 1 Paragraph 1 Paragraph 2 : Term 2 Paragraph 1 Paragraph 2 Paragraph following definition list ------------- This works fine for html output, putting <P></P> between 1st Paragraph and 2nd Paragraph each time. With lout output, nothing is put there so the paragraphs are coalesced and this is true for all three list types. My non-existent python skills preclude me from finding where the code for inserting <P></P> occurs. If anyone can assist me I'd be most grateful.
