This is a bug that affects txt2tags, not just Art. See:
$ echo -e "\n=áéíóú=" | txt2tags -i- -o- -H -t txt
áéíóú

This needs to be investigated, and I guess even more UTF-8 issues will
raise when trying to fix this. No way it's a good idea to tackle this now :)
