What makes you believe that? Check the leapseconds file, for me it
has (near the end)

That is, updated (almost) 3 days ago - 2026b was long before that.
Similarly, the northamerica file has the updates for Alberta, and
the africa file has updates for Morocco.
What else were you expecting to see?
