What difference is CONFIG_MMC_DEFAULT_DEV and 0?
CONFIG_MMC_DEFAULT_DEV 0 is defined. Maybe, mmcdev is set to 0, isn't?
(It recognized that CONFIG_MMC_DEFAULT_DEV isn't defined.)
