Hi, I am using Samsung device (Exynos board) to do some project on memory management. But I find there are not many publicly available documents that specify how to program the LPDDR3 memory controller. I did some extensive search online and found the u-boot code that initializes Exynos device. Below are the links of the code:
https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromiumos/third_party/u-boot/+/factory-4290.B/arch/arm/cpu/armv7/exynos <https://mail.cs.stonybrook.edu/owa/redir.aspx?C=Lfrf7oGLbUewXApxQhoXcgnjrCJBT9EIFl1iBi-9UH1M__j2IQpsxUmT1nG19pbXT7pkfVGx_Mk.&URL=https%3a%2f%2fchromium.googlesource.com%2fchromiumos%2fthird_party%2fu-boot%2f%2b%2ffactory-4290.B%2farch%2farm%2fcpu%2farmv7%2fexynos> and https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromiumos/third_party/u-boot/+log/factory-4290.B/arch/arm/include/asm/arch-exynos/dmc.h In dmc.h, exynos5_dmc and exynos5_phy_control are defined. Could anyone please provide with me more detailed information of the fields in these two data structure or send me a datasheet which explains the details? We really appreciate your time to read this email and any help from you. Best, Yizheng
