MIPSfpga is an FPGA based dev platform by Imagination Technologies Ltd. DDR is already initialized before u-boot.
And the peripherals supported in the u-boot port are an n16550 uart and a xilinx ethernet IP (axi_emaclite) which already have drivers in u-boot. Hence the port is mostly DT + config files and very little C code. Based on v2016.09-rc1. Kindly accept these patches in this cycle.
