I have tried the same here and I still get a hang with Ethernet. If I manually remove Ethernet support from the defconfig then I am able to get into the U-Boot prompt. Could you please share your U-Boot logs? I use a i.MX8QXP mek with B0 silicon and revC1. Thanks
