Yeah, fixed. Look like binman changes are expecting every board to use TPL.
This patch was merged without review and explanation, so only Kever
knows why this is needed. v2023.01 is impacted as well since it was
merged during -rc3.

With Chinese New Year currently happening, I would not expect Kever to
