I use the tools from http://gpoulose.home.att.net/ to test the ODBC and OLEDB connections. I've had problems in the past with access and excel. One would work when the other wouldn't. It seemed to be something specific on my PC....
Cisar, are you sure you have the OLEDB drivers installed?
