Wouldn't you just create a stub like you would do with PROC's, i.e.
PA 001 PQ 002 [VOCLIB %2]
Then just enter: PA MYPARA
This would run the MYPARA paragraph in the VOCLIB file. This is how I've done it in the past.

Yes there is and no you don't need a remote pointer. A hundred remote pointers to VOCLIB still constitute one hundred cluttering objects in your VOC. This is not necessary, if you are still interested in a simple solution that does not require pointers of this sort, let me know.
