Dear All,
When &HOLD& generate the new NEXT.HOLD number ( for eg R_2678) , if
the previous R_2678 is greater than > 130MB, there will be a group lock for
&HOLD&.
This situation may also happen when LIST &HOLD& R_2678 ( the system
will auto disconnected), ED &HOLD& or FTP &HOLD& for this larger &HOLD&'s
item.
What i do is juz rename previous R_2678 and everything backup
normal.
I initially suspect is the contents of the HOLD entry having special
character (refer appendix 1 ) ( This &HOLD& item is for xeros laser printer
print job )
Do anyone ever face this kind of problem ?
