I understand that you may be 'free-time challenged', but I'd say that vim is seriously worth checking out. (www.vim.org)
And Ken has forgotten to mention his great syntax highlighting file which lets vim format MV Basic with colours during editing.
All the power of vim and the convenience of source highlighting!
