There is also no reason why you cannot write one yourself... It's as simple as putting a wrapper around an edit function to write items into a project tagged with the programmer assigned name, and prevent others from editing the same item. As the item is completed it rolls it into a separate area for installation.
Of course I mapped it out in a very simple manner but it is relativity easy to do.
