I think I have this problem as well. I have a SQL command which works when I run it, but when my RedBack phantom run's it it fails with :
Error text is [Ardent][SQL Client][ODBC][Microsoft][ODBC Driver Manager] Co nnection not open Anyone know how to run a Unidata subroutine as someone else? I cannot find the article in u2ug. (See the U2UG newsletter on the U2UG web site for the article of security) You set the statement to AUTHORIZE username Then compile the program as that user. Anyone running that program will run under that usernames credentials.
