I would appreciate any feedback (off-list, please! I'm only get digests) if you find the information useful, or if you note any problems with the procedures or coding. Some of the code formatting was lost in posting, and I didn't see any typos, but that doesn't mean there aren't any :-> I hope people will find the information useful, even if it isn't directly applicable to your situation.
