I'm running UD but the login banner is modified using the Uniadmin tool under Network services, UDTelnet service. I got multiple lines by just adding enough spaces between what I wanted to say on each line so it wrapped to the proper way to look like it was a <cr> I don't know if it would be some place else in UV or not.
