Kevin is correct.  Datatel is one of the larger VARs using Unidata and
their software indeed has a web pooling component so colleges can manage
thousands of students using their software on a handful (6-20) licenses.
Datatel has a good working relationship with IBM and something tells me
they wouldn't violate part of IBM's licensing.
