If you have a user running a legitimate Objects client, that is not
distinguishable from the same user using UniObjects illegitimately outside
of their client application.

So that user will need to be able to update files from with the client
application (ie safely), but needs to be blocked from accessing the SAME
files outside the client. File level security doesn't really deal with that.
